Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Asbury, IA
At our monthly Intergenerational Faith Formation time, we had families and individuals create their “At-Home” Altar Clothes. Volunteers from the congregation gathered a couple of times in the summer to prep the at-home altar cloths by sewing the edges. Often times at church programming, ages tend naturally to drift toward others their same age. This idea helps the family stay together to then go home equipped to continue growing in faith together at home.
