Our Redeemer began to see more youth coming to their programming and they needed more adults from their congregation to step up and be engaged in the lives of their young people. Using Lyle’s Triple-A-Adults mindset – engaging adults to be authentic, available, and affirming, they spent an evening investing into the lives of young people. Similar to the notion of speed dating, speed mentoring allows youth the opportunity to build relationships with caring adults in a fun and meaningful way.
